It’s time for a reboot! I know the crickets have been hanging out on my home page, but I’m ready to kick them to the curb. Why the eight-month long hiatus? Stay tuned. In the mean time…I’ve got a few announcements.
- My course “You’ve Got a Blog, Now What?†is making a comeback. More on that soon!
- Email services, signup and member’s area will be up and running again shortly. I’m still sorting out some permission issues from moving my site over to SiteGround. (They are great by the way! If you’re looking for a new host for your site or planning on starting a self-hosted WordPress site, I highly recommend them. Their customer service is phenomenal! You get a deal, I get a deal if you click here: SiteGround Hosting)
- Watch me build my business & brand from the ground up. Seriously. From the ground up. As in, there is a blank ugly canvas sitting right here and you can follow along as I learn a new theme (DIVI), decide if it’s the right fit, brand my company and more. Anything there now is merely a place holder. First post about how I chose my business name and domain name is coming soon to this site and then we’ll hit the ground running. For now, you can see my inspiration Pinterest board by clicking here: Willow Creative Pinterest Board.
- Eventually all blog tips and graphic design posts and courses will land themselves (that’s the REDIRECT part) over on my business site. But you know…there has to be a site. And also, a brand. And content. This site will become more of a lifestyle blog because it turns out that one of my most read posts on this site is about a fashion service by Nordstrom called Trunk Club. And also, this post about books for busy Christian Moms. And I’ll continue to share some Daily Graces. So I actually do enjoy writing about lots of things besides blogging tips and graphic design tutorials. How that all plays out and the timeline for it? I don’t know yet. But today I’m starting and that’s a big step.
